Occasional Paper No. 6 details the Journey to Work patterns of the people who live and work in Greater Western Sydney (GWS). A total of 779,908 journeys to work commenced in GWS and 495,793 of those journeys had a destination within GWS.

Part A provides detailed information on where people who live in GWS work and the means of transport they use to travel to work.

Part B provides details about the people who work in GWS. It shows where they travel from, the method of transport they use to get there and the major industries of work undertaken in each LGA.
